Samundra was born and raised in Nepal. He first came to HK when he was 3years old and returned to Nepal to finish his studies. After finishing his A-Levels, he came to HK where his first job was working for Watermark, a restaurant in Central where Samundra started his F&B journey. Samudra has always been optimistic, kind and curious about learning new things. During his tenure there Samundra developed his passion for working in the world of hospitality. In hospitality it is important to have a welcoming, friendly & courteous personality which is what Samundra is.

After working for a year and so, Samundra felt like he needed to see more and learn new things. Since then he worked at multiple restaurants including Watermark, Insomnia, Bungalow, Levels, Zuma, The Pawn by Tom Aikens and Mandarin Oriental Macau. He also attended  a few cocktail competitions and spent a year working with the Bacardi World Class Competition winner – behind the bar where he gained most of his confidence and experience.
